Day #4 Went in a flash

It was a fucking busy day.

Now that my roommate mentioned that it is around 12:30 A.M., I realised that I was just gliding through the day without giving a thought to anything.

Finally made the list of deadlines and although I have a lot of work to do, I feel a little bit more confident. I guess that’s good.

Day #3 Vásárnap!

The day that everyone dreads 😀

I just checked my last post here and saw that I had to share the deadlines. I totally forgot about it, so maybe will have to start keeping a little to-do list for the sake of the posts!

Although I didn’t do the above, I did track my time today.. to see what and when did I do things.

I am not totally proud of it but I can see myself improving over the time for sure.

Day #2 A long Saturday Walk

It is the weekend! But that also means more sulking after you spend your whole day doing nothing.

Fortunately, that wasn’t the case for me.

I finally gave up on the idea of completing the Web Engineering assignment. At first I thought, it would be wrong on my part to NOT do it, after I had already written about it in my earlier post. I see that I had mentioned the possibility rightfully.

So, there’s that.

Day #1 The Hungarian Class

Fridays are always one of the busiest days of the week.

Besides the Web Engineering class, we also have our Hungarian Language classes (yes, classes). I freaking love them but I am always learning something new. It’s fascinating.

Anyway, this post is about the experiment ‘Doing without Thinking’ and today was (technically) the first day of the same. We were required to write some sentences about our routine in the week and although I didn’t do it before, I had plenty of time in the morning before the class.

A little experiment

So I have been slacking off a lot, a freaking lot lately.

The funny thing is, I am just sitting there, doing nothing and just procrastinating like shit. People go out, for parties, bars, dates… I mean, they make use of the time in some way or another. Point being…

They have something to show for the time spent! (not all maybe I know but c’mon)

Studying the OSI Model

I recently started in TryHackMe and I subscribed to it as well (student discount).

I suppose this is my way of staying committed to a goal I have.

And although the first instinct when you see any question is to find the solution as soon as possible, it does make you read through the information.

Better? Hell yeah.

My Idea

Flow of Information/Data :

Application Layer (I am being used by the user) >> Presentation Layer (We have to present this to the session) >> Session Layer (Let’s book some hours for this meeting) >> Transport Layer (We transport in chunks baby) >> Network Layer (Time to get it all together) >> Data Link (Finally safe, towards the hardware) >> Physical Layer (You all done? – Ethernet cable)

Not one of my best works but looks noice.
